Bamburi (Kenya)

(Kenya (Africa))

Kenya offers extensive coral reefs along its coast with marine parks established to protect the diving area.
Bamburi & Mombasa Marine Park offers some of the most beautiful coral gardens in Kenya, one can make wreck dives, drift dives on the reefs and dive in caves Vuma, attracting reef sharks, turtles and even dolphins.

Bamburi is located near Mombasa: Kenya's second largest city is located 500 km from Nairobi. Until the arrival of Westerners in the Indian Ocean, Mombasa was the second port, just behind Zanzibar, trading with Arabia, India and the Far East. Mombasa remains an important port city, benefiting from its location at the start of the only railroad to the interior of the country. This is the main tourist town on the coast, although it lacks the beautiful beaches of the north and south. It proposes, however, several areas of interest.
